Matthew was very patient in explaining the [selling] process (to my elderly, hard of hearing mother). The townhouse was listed and Matthew was aggressive in marketing the townhouse, with multiple open houses, as well as providing an excellent online marketing presence... Multiple offers were generated in the first month... Each offer was discussed, weekly reports from realtors and purchasers were provided... Getting the offer across the finish line was accomplished smoothly with Matthew’s attention to detail. Matthew is not “Just a Salesman”, but a realtor who genuinely cares about his client. I would have no reservations in recommending Mathew to potential buyers and sellers.
